What sets Duy apart is his ability to manage a multi-million-dollar business part-time. Despite the immense growth of his business, Duy runs his operations with just one part-time employee—himself. He works up to 20 hours a week, often only 30 minutes to an hour a day, allowing him to maintain a healthy work-life balance. In the first four months of 2024 alone, Duy traveled to Vietnam for 3 weeks and Europe for 2 weeks, all while his business continued to run smoothly in his absence.

Duy recently closed on two adjacent parcels of raw commercial land in Sachse, Texas where he is independently developing a Retail/Office building. This venture is funded entirely with his capital, reflecting his solo commitment and vision for the project.
Additionally, Duy recently acquired a warehouse in Wylie, Texas, fully financed by his funds, without involving any other investors. These self-driven, independently financed investments highlight Duy’s exceptional ability to execute large-scale projects, underscoring his determination, resourcefulness, and confidence in his ventures. His diversification into real estate is a testament to his dedication to building sustainable, long-term wealth and growth.
